Time & Attendance

The fully integrated Time and Attendance facilities support maintenance of employee details, generation of employee bar coded badge identification and the recording of employee attendance.

Employee related details include the provision for labour codes, trade codes, shift codes, clock codes, payroll group codes, pay station codes and amendment codes in order to provide better management of T&A data and more flexible reporting against the employee.

In addition the system also supports the implementation of standard shift patterns, with their clocking rules, pay rate factors (such as absence planning) and allocation to employees. The function will also support the maintenance and totalling of attendance, overtime and premium time, for subsequent reporting or extract to a payroll system.
